Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital files after purchase?

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account and visiting your Order History. Your download links remain active, so you can re-download your files whenever needed.

What file formats are included?

Most of our digital products are delivered as high-resolution PDF and/or PNG files, optimized for professional printing. Specific file formats are listed on each product page. Our files are designed at 300 DPI or higher to ensure crisp, beautiful results on any material.

What sizes are the files?

Our printable files are designed to standard sizes such as 8×10", 11×14", 16×20", and A3/A4 for international customers. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page. Most files can be scaled up or down at your local print shop without loss of quality.

Can I re-download my files?

Yes! Your download links are stored in your account order history. Simply log in, navigate to your orders, and download your files anytime. We recommend saving your files to a cloud storage service such as Google Drive or iCloud for easy future access.

Do I need special software to open the files?

No special software is required. PDF files can be opened with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or any standard PDF viewer. PNG files can be opened with any image viewer, photo editing app, or sent directly to a printer.

Printing Your Designs

Where can I print my digital products?

Our designs are created to be printed locally at a printer of your choice in your own city and country — a conscious, environmentally friendly choice with no shipping delays or carbon footprint. Here are some great options:

• Local print shops — Simply bring your file on a USB drive or email it to your local printer. They can advise on the best material for your space. We believe in supporting small local businesses nationally and worldwide. 
• Office supply stores — Staples, FedEx Office, and similar stores offer affordable printing on paper and cardstock.
• Online print services — Canvaspop, Printful, Snapfish, and Artifact Uprising offer premium printing on a wide variety of materials and ship to your door.
• Fabric printers — Spoonflower and similar services specialize in printing on fabric and textile materials.

What materials can I print on?

Our designs are versatile and look stunning on a wide range of materials. Here are our recommendations for home and office sanctuary decor:

Paper & Cardstock
The most accessible option. Choose matte paper for an elegant, gallery-style finish, or glossy paper for vibrant, luminous colours. Cardstock adds weight and durability for framed pieces.

Canvas
A timeless choice for wall art. Canvas prints have a rich, textured feel that adds warmth and depth to any room. Ideal for larger statement pieces in living rooms, offices, and meditation spaces.

Fine Art Paper
Archival-quality fine art paper, such as cotton rag or bamboo paper, produces museum-quality prints with exceptional colour accuracy and longevity. Perfect for premium framed pieces.

Fabric & Textile
Printing on fabric opens a world of possibilities for conscious, luxurious home decor:

How do I print on fabric?

To print your Astrological Design files on fabric:

• Visit a fabric printing service such as Spoonflower (spoonflower.com) or your local textile printer
• Upload your high-resolution PNG or PDF file
• Choose your preferred fabric type — we recommend linen, cotton, canvas, or silk for home decor
• Select your size and order your fabric panel or finished product
• Your local seamstress or upholstery shop can then sew it into cushion covers, wall hangings, or any other home decor item you envision

What finish do you recommend for wall art?

For a luxury sanctuary aesthetic, we recommend matte or satin finishes on paper or canvas. These finishes reduce glare, enhance the depth of colours, and create an elegant, gallery-quality look that complements the celestial aesthetic of our designs.

E-Books & Physical Books

How do I access my e-book?

Your e-book will be delivered as a PDF file via your download link immediately after purchase. We recommend reading it on a tablet or desktop for the best experience. You can also print it at home or at a local print shop for a beautiful physical copy.

Is the physical book available for international shipping?

Yes! Our physical book, Astrological Interior Design, is available for international shipping. Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders & Returns

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience any technical issues with your files, please contact us, and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.

What if my download link doesn't work?

Please check your spam or junk folder first, as our emails occasionally land there. If you still cannot access your files, contact us at the email address on our Contact page, and we will resend your download link within 24 hours.

Can I use the designs commercially?

Our digital products are licensed for personal use only. This means you may print and use the designs in your own home or office, but you may not resell, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission from Astrological Design.
