Digital Downloads & E-Books

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads and e-books are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying, please contact us, and we will be happy to help.

Exceptions for Digital Products

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for digital products in the following circumstances:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • The download link is not working, and we are unable to resend it
  • The product received is significantly different from what was described on the product page

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date with your order number and a description of the issue.

Physical Book — Astrological Interior Design

Our physical book is printed on demand by IngramSpark. Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of this product, all sales of the physical book are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to review the full book description and preview pages before purchasing. If you have any questions about the book, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged or defective due to a printing or shipping error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

In the rare event that a refund is approved (for damaged or defective items only), it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders for physical books may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered the printing process. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been accessed. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
