All digital products — including printable wall art, affirmation prints, journals, design guides, and e-books — are delivered instantly and electronically. No physical shipping is involved.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your secure download link within minutes. You can also access your files anytime through your account Order History.

Because our digital products are delivered electronically, there are no shipping fees, no customs charges, and no delivery delays — no matter where you are in the world. This is a conscious, environmentally friendly choice we are proud to offer our global community.

Processing Time

All physical book orders are processed and printed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. As each book is printed on demand, please allow this production time before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and IngramSpark to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging and photograph any damage, as these may be required for a claim.
