4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Intellectual Property & Licence

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, designs, graphics, logos, and digital products — is the intellectual property of Astrological Design and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law.

Upon purchasing a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. This means you may:

  • Download and print the files for your own personal home or office use
  • Print the files at a local or online print service for personal use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files with others
  • Use the designs for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Claim the designs as your own or remove any copyright notices
  • Modify and resell the designs in any form

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

6. Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software to open and use the files (e.g., a PDF reader). We are not responsible for any issues arising from incompatible software or hardware on your end.

All digital sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Physical book orders are fulfilled by IngramSpark and shipped from the United States. Delivery timelines and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrological Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

The information provided through our products — including astrological guidance, design recommendations, and Feng Shui principles — is intended for inspirational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional interior design, psychological, medical, or financial advice.
